CALLERHUB – END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT CallerHub (c) 2026 - Simon Bernhard · https://callerhub.de Version: 17 October 2026 · CallerHub 3.0 1. Provider and scope 1.1 The provider of the software CallerHub is Simon Bernhard (address and contact: legal notice on https://callerhub.de). 1.2 This agreement governs the use of CallerHub in the Basic edition and in the Full edition. CallerHub is Windows software that the user runs on their own computers; it is not a service hosted by the provider. 1.3 By installing or starting CallerHub for the first time, the user agrees to this agreement. Deviating terms of the user apply only if the provider has agreed to them in writing. 2. Basic edition (without a licence key) 2.1 The Basic edition may be used free of charge for private and commercial purposes on any number of computers. 2.2 Scope: one data source, one interface, all kinds of data sources and phone systems, statistics, call analysis (key figures, trend, breakdown by day), display name, block and VIP rules, browser access, network discovery, Windows service and HTTPS. 2.3 There is no entitlement to support, updates or specific features for the Basic edition. 3. Full edition (with a licence key) 3.1 A licence key unlocks the features stated in it, e.g. up to five data sources and five interfaces, extended call analysis, the phone book (LDAP and export), plugins and notifications. 3.2 The user receives a simple, non-exclusive right to use the unlocked features for the agreed term (unlimited or until the date stated in the key) for the internal purposes of their organisation. The key applies to the customer named in it; passing it on to third parties requires the provider's consent. 3.3 Price, term, updates and support are governed by the offer or order. 3.4 The key is checked in the program without an internet connection. When a time-limited key expires, CallerHub continues to work as the Basic edition; settings and data are kept. 3.5 Trial: a delivery may contain a time-limited trial key that unlocks the Full edition for 90 days as long as no key has been entered. Afterwards the Basic edition applies. 4. Not permitted 4.1 Circumventing or altering the licence check, signatures or other protection measures. 4.2 Modifying, decompiling or reverse engineering CallerHub, except where permitted by law. 4.3 Distributing CallerHub as one's own product or removing notices of authorship, trademarks or licences. 4.4 Passing on the complete, unmodified program folder (e.g. to colleagues or customers) is permitted; licence keys and settings files must not be passed on. 5. Third-party components CallerHub contains third-party components (including the .NET runtime and Microsoft.Data.SqlClient by Microsoft, Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Core by Oracle, Bootstrap Icons). Their licences in the "Licenses" folder apply (overview: Licenses\OVERVIEW.txt) and take precedence over this agreement for the respective component. 6. Data and user responsibilities 6.1 CallerHub processes data exclusively on the user's computers and does not transmit any data to the provider (see PRIVACY.txt). The user is responsible for their data sources, the network access they allow and compliance with data protection law. 6.2 The user backs up their settings and data at reasonable intervals. 7. Warranty and liability 7.1 Basic edition (free of charge): the provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence and for fraudulently concealed defects. 7.2 Full edition: statutory warranty rights apply. The provider is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act. In the case of slight negligence, the provider is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. 7.3 Mandatory statutory rights, in particular those of consumers, remain unaffected. 8. Final provisions 8.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected. 8.2 If the user is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered location. 8.3 Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. 8.4 This English version is for information; the German version (LICENSE.de.txt) is authoritative.
